• Proven experience 1-3 years as an SEO Specialist with a focus on strategy development and implementation.
• Point plus if you handle your own website's SEO.
• Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
• Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum result in organic traffic
• Flexibility to work across different niches with an open-minded approach.
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, with expertise in paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with attribution modeling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems.
• Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) is a plus.
